Anthony Killeen, the President of PMO INC, has 35 years experience in the field of locating with 5 of those years as a One Call response locater for major utility companies such as: Lilco, Bell Atlantic & National Grid. PMO INC specializes in detecting existing underground utilities for survey and mapping purposes to protect from damage during excavation projects.

Private Mark-Out Inc. can locate any private utility lines such as primary electric, secondary electric, telephone, cable, drain, fiber optic, gas main, gas service, low voltage electrical, sewer, site lighting, water main, water service, generator, propane, oil, sprinkler control, vent, fire, steam and traffic control signal lines.
Images will be directly sent as soon as work is completed or can be included with the outgoing invoice. Updates will be given as needed.
